These terms govern your use of the 10x777 platform. They are written to be understood, not to confuse — please read them before you register or place any bets.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 10x777 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the payment method used — will be merged or permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited.
Deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are all processed in Pakistani Rupees. 10x777 applies no currency conversion and charges no deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
All promotional offers — welcome bonuses, referral rewards, VIP cashback — are subject to individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements and validity periods vary by offer and are stated in full at the point of claim.
Any attempt to defraud 10x777 — including matched betting abuse, payment chargebacks without basis, collusion or exploitation of software errors — results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings whenever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document accurately.
To register and use 10x777 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:
10x777 operates a strict age-verification policy. Any Member found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method after verification of ownership.
Each eligible individual may hold exactly one 10x777 Account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a unique email address, and basic personal identification information. By completing registration you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
10x777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your membership — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, a valid passport or a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe stated in a verification request may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10x777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 10x777 will never ask you for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat or at support@10x777.bet.
If 10x777 identifies that a Member holds more than one account — regardless of the name, email, mobile number or payment method used — both or all accounts will be investigated. Funds may be frozen during investigation. 10x777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, merge balances at its discretion, and cancel any bonuses or winnings generated through the secondary account.
If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact 10x777 support before taking any further action. Voluntary disclosure before funds are withdrawn is treated more favourably than cases discovered through automated detection.
10x777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. 10x777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 10x777 aims to process mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) within five minutes of a request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active Bonus Balance must have met the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Real-Money Balance that has never been subject to a bonus offer can be withdrawn without wagering requirements at any time. 10x777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts or if there has been a change in payment method.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet has been made for a continuous period of 12 months. A maintenance fee of Rs 50 per calendar month will be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. 10x777 will notify the registered email address before fees begin to be applied.
Bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient funds in your Real-Money or Bonus Balance at the time of placement. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet reference number and the corresponding deduction from your balance. 10x777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without explanation.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, odds and member tier. The applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. For live in-play markets, limits are typically lower than pre-match limits and may change dynamically during the event.
10x777 strives to maintain accurate odds and lines at all times. In the event that an odds or line error is identified — including where odds are published at a manifestly incorrect price due to a system error or human error — 10x777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price and return the stake to the Member's balance. Members who knowingly exploit pricing errors will be subject to the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Clause 9.
If an event is abandoned before a result is determined, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned within one hour. If an event is postponed, bets remain active for 24 hours from the original scheduled start time. If the event does not commence within that 24-hour window, bets are voided and stakes returned. Specific sport rules may override this general rule where stated in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
All bet settlement disputes must be raised within 14 calendar days of the settlement date. After this period, settlements are considered final and accepted by the Member. To raise a dispute, contact support via live chat or email with your bet reference number.
10x777 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, sports betting credits, and seasonal promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Each promotion on 10x777 has its own specific terms page accessible before the offer is claimed. It is the Member's responsibility to read those terms before opting in. General ignorance of promotion-specific conditions is not grounds for reversal of forfeited bonuses.
The 10x777 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered Members, with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier membership is determined by wagering activity over rolling time periods as set out in the VIP Club programme details, which are available at /vip-club.
VIP benefits — including cashback credits, dedicated account management, withdrawal priority and monthly bonus awards — are subject to the Member maintaining the qualifying activity level for their current tier. 10x777 reserves the right to downgrade a Member's VIP tier if activity falls below the threshold for that tier during any qualifying period. Benefits are not transferable between Members and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated as a PKR cashback credit.
VIP Club membership does not guarantee any specific outcome, winning rate or return. Cashback is calculated on net gaming losses only and does not constitute a guaranteed return. 10x777 may modify, suspend or terminate the VIP Club programme with 30 days' notice to affected Members.
10x777's Refer a Friend programme rewards Members who introduce new players to the platform. The referral reward (currently Rs 500 per qualifying referral) is credited to the referring Member's Wallet automatically when the referred person completes a qualifying first deposit. The following conditions apply:
10x777 reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts, qualification thresholds or programme structure at any time. Changes are communicated via the platform announcement system or email.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 10x777 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral of relevant information to appropriate authorities:
10x777 uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account and transaction activity. Suspected prohibited conduct triggers immediate investigation. During an investigation, funds may be withheld pending outcome. 10x777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies on all fraud and integrity matters.
You may close your 10x777 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you may withdraw any Real-Money Balance subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification.
10x777 may close or suspend an account at any time if the Member has breached these Terms and Conditions, if fraud or prohibited conduct is identified or suspected, if KYC documentation is not provided within a requested timeframe, or if 10x777 is required to do so by any legal obligation. In cases of verified fraud or material breach, balances may be forfeited. In cases of involuntary closure for administrative reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Member's most recent verified payment method.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from 10x777 can do so at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of their account. Self-exclusion periods range from one week to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is inaccessible, no marketing communications will be sent, and any attempt to register a new account will be refused. All content on the 10x777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, software, game interfaces, odds data, text and images — is the intellectual property of 10x777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the 10x777 platform without express written permission. Scraping of odds data, systematic downloading of content, or use of 10x777 materials in third-party applications is strictly prohibited.
10x777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep services running smoothly and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10x777 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including lost winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to any Member in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in that month.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 10x777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10x777 processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on 10x777 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
We collect the data necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process transactions, detect fraud and fulfil any legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data at all times.

Material changes — those that affect Members' rights, financial obligations or core platform rules — will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered to your account and through a platform notification displayed upon login.
Continued use of 10x777 following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Clause 10.1.
The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect. Previous versions of these terms are available upon request by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10x777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our standard support process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the licence conditions.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members are required to contact 10x777 support and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and responded to. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.
Nothing in this clause prevents Members from exercising any statutory consumer rights available under Pakistani law.
